Alone

Walking. Walking alone.
Alone I ever did, and had.
I lost everyone, everyone I cared for so deeply.
Lost, gone, and I can never see them again.
I looked out, out to the sun.
It glowed bright in the setting day, when everything became dusk. I sighed, never to enjoy another sunset with my dearly beloved. The sun, bright this night, was almost like the two suns that burned on my home.
Gallifrey, was her name. She was an old planet. Very old, very old, but very much loved. But now it's nothing inside, the memories left abandoned. The ashes inside, came down, falling like snow. I can never see anyone I loved again.
I was alone.
I walked into the TARDIS, the blue box was quiet, so quiet. I threw my trench-coat to the ground, so quiet, so quiet. I then looked at my hands. They glowed gold, I was dying.
I've been wanting to die, but now, I wish I was not.

Past the starry endless plains of space,
Far from our very own Milky way.
Lies a planet with a burning face,
The planet of our Gallifrey.

Spirals melt into an oblivion,
With stars shooting across the skies.
Violets, reds and soft ceruleans,
Blaze together with such pride.

Fields go on, filled with trees,
Colours twinke with great awe.
The peace and calm cause all such ease,
Buildings stand from times of before.

This is the home of the Time Lords,
They dwell in Time and Space.
But they lost their lives in a Great Time War,
They burned like their planet's face.
